Gasketing

Chase Manway gaskets are easily replaced and in stock for immediate shipment. Replacement Gasket orders are shipped with adhesive, application brush and installation instructions.

Original and replacement gaskets are extruded through our proprietary dies in accordance with RMA C1 GR1 tolerances and are cured to a variety of durometers. The compound formulas and cure dates are documented with a Letter of Certification which is provided when required.

Gaskets are bonded into rings with cyanoacrylate and tested to tensile strength ratings based upon manufacturer’s standard durometer tolerances.
